Now is the time to get involved and get your hands dirty! While Summit Fat Tire Society works with many other organizations to build and maintain trails, these upcoming days are OURS.
What: Summit Fat Tire trail work on our adopted section of the Colorado Trail
When: July 17 and 19th from 8:30AM – 2:00PM
Where: Meet at the Dredge Trailhead on Tiger Rd at 8:30AM. We will be working on a section between Muggin’s gulch and Horseshoe gulch, this is the east side. You may ride or hike to the work site (about 1.5 miles in). If you miss the meet up time at the trailhead, still come join us! Just follow the CT east, you can’t miss us.
Bring: Work gloves, sturdy shoes, rain gear, and lunch. Long pants are recommended.
Summit Fat Tire Society will supply the tools on site & instructions. There will be a tailgate party back at the trailhead afterward at which SFTS will provide snacks and beverages.
Looking for more time to get to know local riders and SFTS members? We’ll also be having another Social Ride on the Friday evening in between the trail days!
